All of our memberships include 24/7 access, tanning, sauna and classes at no additional charge. We also offer written workout programs via QR code that change weekly as well as QR codes on all of our equipment that takes you to a video showing you how to use that exact piece of equipment. Our programs are led by experienced certified personal trainers who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals. The programs include custom written workout programs that you can follow when you’re not with your trainer as well as nutrition guidance/meal plans.
