Our personal trainers are all certified as well as certified sports nutritionists, more importantly though, they are all experienced and motivated to get you to your goals.
Our personal training programs start at two sessions a month and go up to whatever you choose. Regardless of the number of sessions you pick the program will include customized workout programs designed for you to follow when you come in and workout without your trainer. The workout program will change every 4-6 weeks to maximize your progress. Along with this is body measurement tracking as well as nutritioral guidance/meal plans.
